O LORD OF ISRAEL,
you showed yourself to Moses in the burning bush,
you gave him the holy law on Sinai mountain:
come, stretch out Your mighty hand, to set us free.
Let us pray...
Lord, our God, reveal yourself to us
in the persons, circumstances, and events of each day,
especially in those who need our time and talents.
Open our eyes to recognize your hand, your touch,
in all that happens to us;
keep us open to your coming to us
in the unusual events and surprises of each day.
May our homes and work places become “holy ground”
for we believe that you are present everywhere.
Amen.
