| Winter robin from FruitJar |
My second floor bedroom window looks out over a flat garage roof and this morning I spotted about a dozen robins there, picking through some leaves and twigs for a bite to eat. I'd just recently read about "winter robins" and was pleased to find some so close to home.
Unfortunately, my move to reach for my camera scattered my red-breasted visitors but I hope they'll return soon.

Such beautiful birds in this video and how amazing to see so many at one go. I am lucky to get one or two at most in the bushes in my front garden.
