Cardinal Timothy Dolan (Archbishop of New York and President of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops) blogs at The Gospel in the Digital Age.
His post for March 1 is a lengthy update and commentary on the issue of religious freedom and the recent mandate of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
I encourage you to read Cardinal Dolan's post in full. While it's addressed in particular to the people of the Archdiocese of New York, its message is for all Americans.
