God knows everything that will happen today in my life.
Because I lack such knowledge, I'll likely
worry and fret about what I don't know,
hide from what I need not fear
and spend too much time second guessing
everything I say and do...
Lord, give me the faith I need
to accept my day as it comes,
to live this day in your peace,
and to place my day in your hands...
