Listening to Nick's homily was like a quick review course in good preaching: excellent grasp of and integration of the scriptures; solid theological perspective; so many concrete ties to people's daily lives; instructive placement of the day's celebration on the liturgical calendar AND in the paschal mystery it celebrates; and effortless connections to the Creed, the Memorial Acclamation and the Eucharist.
St. Peter Parish is blessed to have this man preaching the Word on Sunday mornings!
