as if God were appealing through us...

How might you work through my life today, Lord?
In what ways, today, might I be an ambassador
of your pardon, your kindness, your truth?
How, on this day, through my own joys and sorrows
might you appeal to those whose paths cross mine?
Today, Lord - not tomorrow, but today -
make me an ambassador of your peace and presence...
