Lord,
I do really well
with right and left,
up and down
and night and day
- so easy!
But I still need help
with good and bad,
right and wrong
and true and false
- much harder!
I'm an expert on what's easy, Lord,
so sharpen my skills on the harder points
so I'll choose the real and not the fake
and see the difference 'tween truth and lies,
and choose the good I want
- but often fail to do...
Help me with the harder stuff, Lord,
'til it's all as easy as
right and left,
up and down
and night and day...
