Advent has dwindled down to a few hours:
some time for last minute shopping
but also time for some last minute praying...
Whether you've kept the season of Advent or not,
take just a few minutes alone,
before Christmas eve is here,
and slow down, sit still,
take a few deep breaths
and find yourself in God's presence,
(which is, of course,
precisely where you always are)...
Let this beautiful instrumental version
of O Come, O Come Emmanuel
be the background for your reflection
and for your prayer...
And as you're listening,
tell the Lord how and where
you want and need him
to come into your life and your heart
this Christmas...
