Lord, give me the smarts
to know when to STOP
being stubborn, foolish
- and kind of a jerk...
Lord, slow me down
and teach me to YIELD
to whatever you ask
and to others' needs...
Lord, give me the strength
to get up and GO:
to move wherever
your grace may lead...
Lord, open my eyes
to your light and the signs
that signal my way
on wisdom's path...
Lord, help me STOP
and pray each day,
to YIELD to your word
and GO forward, always,
in your peace...
