Some folks I know are going through some troubled times and need all the help they can get. Perhaps you're in a rough patch, too - and we all can certainly remember when we were. Whatever our burdens might be today, let's pause and pray for one another...
Lord,
I think I'm going to need some extra help
to make it through this day...
Truth is, I might need a helping hand
jut to make it through this hour,
a few minutes at a time...
Some days, some weeks
are more than I can handle, Lord,
beyond what my own strength supplies...
Without you and without the help of friends,
I doubt that I could make it, Lord,
but with your help and theirs, I know I can...
So, keep me in today, Lord,
mindful of each moment
and your presence by my side...
Help me let go of all the worries
that won't let go of me
and free me from anxiety and fear...
Give me all the strength I need, Lord,
from you and from my friends,
to help me make it through this day...

This is perfect to keep near me... at times I find myself in this same situation and I remind myself that he's always there.... stress and anxiety can really take it's toll...
