Tuna tartare


Unfortunately the lighting at Embargo adds a yellowish tint on my phone's photos.  Above is tonight's delicious tuna tartare on wedges of a crispy tortilla, drizzled with a wasabi sauce  (I declined the siracha because there's a limit to the heat I can tolerate in spices.  It was delicious - a fine plate for a warm summer evening.
