Pause for Prayer: SATURDAY 10/1

I'm not sure why but this song which I haven't head in years was suddenly on my mind and in my heart.

I have 24 hours ahead of me: time for many things... How will I use that time, pass that time, spend that time, share that time?  And how much time will I give today to thank and praise the Lord for his love, his mercy - and the time he's made and has for me?

I'm on the Lord's schedule today - is he on mine?

(The audio for today's Pause for Prayer begins at 0:17 - be patient!)

Lord, I keep so busy praising my Jesus,
     ain't got time to die!

'Cause when I'm healing the sick,
     I'm praising my Jesus!

'Cause it takes all of my time to praise my Jesus
    - if I don't praise him the rocks gonna cry out,
        "Glory and honor!"

Lord, I keep so busy working for the kingdom,
     ain't got time to die!

'Cause when I'm feeding the poor,
      ain't got time to die!

'Cause it takes all of my time to praise my Jesus
    - if I don't praise him the rocks gonna cry out,
        "Glory and honor!"

Lord, I keep so busy serving my master,
     ain't got time to die!

'Cause when I'm giving my all,
     ain't got time to die!

'Cause it takes all of my time to praise my Jesus
    - if I don't praise him the rocks gonna cry out,
        "Glory and honor!"

Now, won't you get out of my way!
     - if I don't praise him the rocks gonna cry out,
        "Glory and honor!"

Ain't got time to die!
