Pause for Prayer: SUNDAY 6/1

On this first day of June, Pause for Prayer is simply a scripture verse and a song.

The scripture is from the Book of Psalms and reminds us to praise God for his mercy and his promise of joy.

 

The song, My Life Is In Your Hands, echoes a life from the psalm, "Joy comes in the morning..."  Perhaps that sentiment seems beyond your present circumstances - and especially if that's the case, please listen to this song.  The lyrics will help you through your difficult days, remind you of God's grace when all is well, and give you hope and confidence in the face of your unknown future.

Sing praise to the Lord,
    all his faithful people!
Remember what the Holy One has done,
    and give him thanks!
