Whose freedom? Whose choice?

I read 125,000 more abortions will be performed if this act is passed. Hard to believe that Obama has said this is one the first acts he will pass as president of the United States. What can we do to prevent this act from passing?? Why would we pass something that it states to take the baby even when viable outside of the womb??
