I've tightened up the sidebar a bit and added some new links under the title, Blogs Near and Far.I've also removed the Feedjit widgets. You can get pretty much the same information by clicking on my SiteMeter widget, including a world map to track visitors here.
Check out the new blogs I've listed. Some are home-grown efforts and some are heavy hitters - all worth a visit!

I agree that it looks cleaner but I miss the map! Should I be able to find that somewhere? I couldn't find it on the Site Meter.

This should open up the SiteMeter report.
On the left of the report is a sidebar menu: click on "World Map" and you should see a map with options for viewing.
