View from your window: Rocky Mountain Spring

Castle Pines North, CO on April 25, 2010 - about 4 inches of snow.
Today - looking for a high of 76 degrees. Springtime in the Rockies - perfect!

Georgetown, CO on May 2, 2010 - about 5 inches of new snow.

My sister sent along these shots of the beauty outside the windows of her homes in Castle Pines North and Georgetown, Colorado. (Click on the photo for a larger version)

As the seasons change, do you have a photo of the view from your windows?

  1. Breathtaking! What a nice way to stop my crazy work day and take in some beauty, the handiwork of God!

  3. Colorado looks absolutely lovely in the Spring! Someday we will visit there! The view from my window was much prettier a few days ago when the crabapple tree was in bloom and two other beautiful trees were full of deep pink flowers. Unfortunately, the wind and the rain of the last few days took care of most of those blooms!

  4. The view from one of my windows this morning disclosed a HUGE pine tree branch that had broken from its trunk. Must have happened during the wind gusts we had late yesterday afternoon.

As always, I have enjoyed seeing all of the flowering trees and lilac bushes in bloom. This time of year is so beautiful in Concord.
