Word for the Weekend: February 20

We're at the 7th Sunday in Ordinary Time - Lent is only three weeks away!

There are some (very) "hard sayings" in the scriptures this weekend:

- take no revenge
- cherish no grudge against anyone
- love your enemies
- when someone strikes you on your right cheek,
     turn the other one as well
- pray for those who persecute you

From Leviticus to Matthew, this weekend's Word is demanding.
