May yesterday's disappointments
not darken this day's joy...
May today's trials and troubles
not diminish this day's peace...
May worries about tomorrow
not eclipse today's contentment...
Help me keep it in today, Lord,
the only day I have,
the day that's right at hand...
Help me keep it in today
and know your peace
at this day's end...
