In addition to my daily Pause for Prayer, each day this Lent I'll offer a brief thought here (Pocket Prayers) about how Jesus might touch our lives in this holy season. I hope this will help all of us to be more faithful on our Lenten journey to Easter.
Pocket Prayer for Ash Wednesday
Jesus, touch my life today!
Touch the places in my heart where I'm weak and afraid.
Touch the places where I'm confused and doubtful.
Touch the places in my heart where I need your strength,
your blessing, your help, your grace...
You know those places even better than I do, Lord,
so touch my life today, Jesus!
Amen.
