Pause for Prayer: TUESDAY 10/11

I treasure the moment, Lord, 

when I can truly be there 

    for someone alone and troubled, 

    someone in need of a friend...

 

And I treasure the moment, Lord, 

when someone's there for me

    when I'm all alone and troubled 

    and I'm in need of a friend...

 

Times like these are moments of grace 

when you're there, Lord, without fail,

    when any of us is troubled, alone, 

    and need you to be a friend...

Sometimes I'm a grace for others

as others are often a grace for me,

    but at all times, Lord, the grace we share

    is your blessing of peace within us...
