Thank you, Lord,
   for a drive into Boston with the car windows down
      and nature's fresh air conditioned so well...

Thanks for a break in a hectic, difficult week
   and the grace of your presence and peace
     in the passenger seat by my side...

Thanks for the jazz on 90.5 and the joy of trusting
  you love Brubeck and Coltrane,
      not just Bach and Solesmes...

Thanks for opening my lungs and my heart,
   my ears and my soul, to the ways you meet me
      wherever I am, wherever I go...

Amen.
