It was one of those weekends, Lord,
and it looks like it's going to be
- one of those weeks!
Too much work to do,
too many meetings,
too many things to finish!
Something,
actually some One inside me,
is saying,
Take a deep breath,
take three or four deep breaths,
good!
Now sit back, relax and...
Be silent.
Be still.
Wait before your God.
Say nothing.
Ask nothing.
Be still.
Let your God look upon you.
That is all.
God knows.
God understands.
God loves you with an enormous love.
God only wants to look upon you with love.
Quiet.
Still.
Be.
Let your God love you...
P.S.
This prayer won't help much if all you do is read it.
It works best as instructions for how to do it...
