No matter how heavy the burdens of this week or this day,
no matter how deep the sorrow I carry within,
no matter how scattered my thoughts and ideas,
You're always there, Lord...
With your strong arm, you help me carry my load,
with your Spirit's peace, you heal what bleeds within me,
with your wisdom, you give me counsel and direction...
With all these gifts you're here with me today, Lord:
in my life, in my mind and in my heart...
Show me your face and open my mind and heart
to the help I need,
the help you're waiting to give me...
