I know what I want the most today, Lord,
but you know exactly what I most truly need...
You know what I need, Lord,
and you know how you plan to help me
find and have and use what I need
to walk this day in peace
with you, with others and with myself...
Help me see as you do
just what I truly need
and when you offer me your helping hand,
help me take it, Lord, in mine:
I need all the help that I can get,
all the help that you will give...
