Today's Pause for Prayer is musical: The Litany of the Saints.
I especially like the recurring refrain:
All you holy men and women, pray for us!
This refrain offers the opportunity for us to remember ALL the saints:
those who have been part of our lives
as well as those on the Church's roll.
Who have been the saints in your life?
This Litany gives you an opportunity to remember them
and to ask them to pray for us...
