Three years, 204 pounds, 28 inches!

Three years ago today, January 29, a good friend drove me to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston for my bariatric surgery.  Three years later I've lost 204 pounds and my waist has gone from 62 to 34 inches.  Praise God from whom all blessings flow!  And among the many blessings I've received since my surgery, among the greatest has been the opportunity to speak with and encourage others contemplating the same procedure!
