Lord,
we all need a nudge
to shake us awake,
to get us to move,
to make some changes,
to do the next right thing...
And most of us, Lord,
need more than a nudge -
we need that kick in the butt!
You know how I need to be nudged, Lord,
you know what I'm holding back on,
what I'm reluctant and failing to do...
So nudge me, Lord,
push, prod and prompt me,
clue me in, remind me
and kick me in the butt
to get me moving
on exactly what it is
I know I need to do...
