Make known to me your ways, O Lord,
and teach me your paths...

Left or right?
Straight ahead or double back?
Expressway or the scenic route?
High road or low road?
Stay on course or a short cut?
Even if I never leave home today, Lord,
there'll be at least a couple times
when I'll need to decide which way to go,
what direction to choose,
which path to take...
At every turn, Lord,
at every crossroads:
show me your way,
teach me your path,
point me towards the truth,
keep me from losing my way
and bring me home to you...
