Lord,
for the times when I look back on all that's been
and find your fingerprints
on every moment in my life -
    I give you thanks and praise...

For the times when I look back on all that's been 

and see how, in your mercy,

you washed away my many sins -

    I give you thanks and praise...

 

For the times when I look back on all that's been
and see the ways you healed and mended

what I'd wounded and left broken,
    I give you thanks and praise...

And today, as I look forward to all that's yet to be,

I trust you'll always be there,

close, right by my side, 

with healing, peace and blessing

as you've ever, always been

and for this, Lord, for all of this,

    I give you thanks and praise...
