Good morning, good God!
 

I offer my praise
for your patience, Lord,
when I think I'm too busy
to stop and pray...

I offer my thanks
for your guiding hand
when I'm unsure and don't know
which way to turn...

 
I offer you praise
for your merciful kindness
when I fail to love
in thought, word and deed...

I offer my thanks
for all of your gifts,
especially the ones

I've not opened or shared...

 
I offer my praise
for the ways you bless me,
more times than I know
or could possibly count...

I offer you thanks
for the folks in my life
who care for and help me
when I'm in need...

I offer my praise
for the gift of my faith,
for my hope in you

and my trust in your love...

 
I offer my thanks
for your walking beside me
when trouble's at hand
and I'm feeling alone...

I offer my praise
for memories of joy,
souvenirs of your grace 
to heal my heart...

I offer you thanks
for the words you speak
in scripture, in prayer,
on the lips of wise friends...

I offer you praise
for moments of peace,

gifts of your mercy

in difficult times...

 
I offer my thanks
for the reach of your arm,
my help when I'm weak
and want to give up...

I offer you praise
for your Spirit alive
in my mind, in my thoughts,
in my heart, in my soul...

I offer my thanks
for your calling me, Lord
to deepen and grow
my friendship with you...

And I offer you praise
for the times I forget
to bless your name

and give you my thanks...
