FOLLOW-UP on Question for Subscribers

A number of folks have responded letting me know that they are no longer receiving daily emails notifying them of my new posts.  I've contacted my provider who has given me the advice below.  I have a suspicion that this advice will not solve the problem: they seem to think the problem is with the subscribers while I believe the problem is on the provider's end of things. Here's what they said:

Firstly, advise your subscribers to check other folders in their email accounts such  the "Promotions" tab or Spam folder, as emails can sometimes be misdirected there. They should also search for your from address within their email account to locate any messages sent by you.

If they still cannot find the emails, suggest waiting an hour and checking again or using a different email address to sign up. Additionally, contacting their Internet Service Provider (ISP) may help identify any filters affecting deliverability.

My sister is a subscriber who's no longer receiving daily emails and who has tried to subscribe under a different email address - to no avail!

I'm continuing to work on this - I'm grateful for what I hope is your patience!
