Charlie the tuna never had it so good!

What a wonderful dinner tonight at Vincenzo's!  Fresh pan seared yellow fin tuna, served rare (as you can see) with sriracha sauce atop Napa cabbage, bean sprouts and julienne vegetables in a light orange sesame sauce, all accompanied by a side of jasmine rice.  The Thai sauce on the tuna had, for my taste, just the right zing: enough to announce its presence but not so much as to overwhelm the taste of tuna.  And a Sterling Sauvignon Blanc was a fine glass to have at hand. 

Another of the entrees that keep me coming back!
