It's an indication of how far we've strayed that many Christians seem to think that a cup with stars, words like "hope," "wish," and "stories are gifts," people wearing coats and scarves, sledding, or snowmen (http://time.com/4105283/starbucks-holiday-cups-evolution/) are about Christmas while a plain red one isn't.
