Whatever happens around me today,
whatever turmoil stirs within,
may your light dawn soft upon my heart
and your Spirit calm my troubled soul...

Let a blest and quiet stillness
fill my heart and keep me strong
in the face of what I fear...

Let your warm light pierce
through any clouds
that shade your light upon my path...

Let your peace dwell deep within me, Lord,
that holy, healing, grace-filled peace
that's only yours to give...
